Evening All,

Is Mississippi the only state left that Pearl Jam hasn't played a show in?

I know, I know, tour dates are on the web...but no one really wants to scroll through a decade of shows!

    Alaska
    New Hampshire
    Mississippi
    Delaware
    West Virginia
    “Do not postpone happiness”
    (Jeff Tweedy, Sydney 2007)

“Put yer good money on the sunrise”

They should make an effort to knock those last 5 out. Would love to see them in Alaska. A Morgantown, WV show would be crazy. Delaware and New Hampshire would sell out.

As for Mississippi, hopefully when they play the south again. ;)
...got a mind full of questions and a teacher in my soul...
  • I love on the MA/NH border and would be so down to see a show in NH!
I will be what i could be
Once I get out of this town

  • Pearl Jam will never play MS. They will never play AL again either. And it's NO accident.

We're just a bunch of Republican, racist, Bible-thumpers down here.

Philly, Boston, NY, Chicago, Seattle, etc... that's Pearl Jams "kind of people"....

if they never play AL again, it will only be because of the poor turnout that they had back in 2003 when they had to change venues because of lack of ticket sales

They also were unlucky with some of the weather. It was pretty cold wasn't it? I think that was when I bought one of my PJ beanies, only becasue it was so cold and windy in Birmingham.

Good Luck to you...I've been waiting for a show in West Virginia since 1992. Hope I don't have to wait 20 more years, I hope you don't have to either.

I was at this show, and it was COLD! Also outdoor at Oak Mntn Amph (called Verizon or whatvr)- but did they have to change the venue b/c of tix sales? They played Bham in '98 at the big Arena (BJCC)- packed house.

I didn't realize there was a tix sales prob tho.

I did not realize there was an issue. I don't recall them changing the venue either. I am not saying whoever said it was because ticket sales were bad was wrong, I just don't remember. I know the turnout was not a ton, but again it was COLD, I would give anything for them to come back! Anywhere in the south would be fantastic!!!! TOUR THE SOUTH!!!
