    Nope. Tied with Riot Act for their worst album and some of the worst songs they have ever written.

    I think Binaural is probably worse than Riot Act.

    Boring songs, boring production.

    Some decent songs:
    NAIS
    Greivance
    Sleight of Hand

    At least Riot Act has:

    Save you
    Love Boat Captain
    I am Mine
    Green Disease
    You Are

    Agreed. I am a fan of Save You and You Are. In defense of Binaural, Parting Ways is a great song but I prefer the acoustic version over the album version.

    this was an album that grew on me and now i love it!!!!!


    sleight of hand is one of my top 5 PJ songs.

    i don't remember hearing anything like those songs before Binaural. They tried some really cool things with that album.

    Binaural is awesome. I also think it would be one of the better Pearl Jam records to listen to on vinyl but you have to pay like 100-200 dollars to get.

    Binaural and Riot Act are not in my top 3 PJ albums but for someone to say that these are the only decent songs on these albums:

    NAIS
    Grievance
    Sleight of Hand
    Save you
    Love Boat Captain
    I am Mine
    Green Disease
    You Are

    The magic of the Pearl Jam albums is that they are like seasons. I'm not in a Binaural mode right now... but I think I'm sliding back to it. I was massively into that album before... I will be again. The open spaceyness of some of the songs is tremendous. I guess I've been on an Avocado kick for the last couple of months. Before that it was Riot Act big time. Riot Act and Binaural get a lot of crap on the message boards... Don't get me wrong... there are loads of people standing up for them... It's just peculiar that this is a PJ fan site... and there are often posts by people dissing half their albums ... It's not Ten all the time for the real fans.
