our 5 year old nephew, Peter, was rushed to the hospital last night. he's a tough little guy that just celebrated his birthday on Halloween. he's in the right place to receive the treatment he needs. i'm hearing the details from my Mom, who is relaying them from my brother. we should know more as the day goes on.

just need some good thoughts/vibes/prayers/juju sent his way. thanks, everyone.

    I had to take my 2.5 year old daughter to the hospital a few times last week. She was in really rough shape and it was incredibly scary to say the least. If I can give you any sort of reassurance, it's that children are incredibly resilient and are capable of overcoming virtually anything. The worrying might be weighing heavy right now but I'm sure everything will turn out fine. He's in the right place with the right people while his loved ones are close by. Everything will work out.
