    Not got it yet but loved War Elephant and Black Dirt Sessions so hoping for great things... :)

    It's less folky and more electric. Different but still very good. Officially released tomorrow!
    And if you dont have it, you must get Born on Flag Day as well!

    The right fight would be between Thurston Moore and Noel Gallagher...

    I have a friend who flew to the UK last Sunday, he is going to many concerts in the UK until late November, and from there till late December in the States another whole bunch of shows, to make a long story short, 4 Gillian Welch on either side of the Atlantic, 3 and 2 Noel Gallagher shows respectively, among many many many others...
    ... I am not in the business of being liked anymore ...

    Foo Fighters have my favorite album of the year so far. I think Wasting Light is tremendous. And can't wait to see them live in 2 weeks :mrgreen:

    I loved Wasting Light, though I like Echoes better... Collapse is great, the best in decades, Helplessness blues is awswome...

    Agreed.

    That album is good but I don't think it is good enough to be that far ahead of everything else. I got 1 album in front of it so far.

    The Limited Edition Deluxe package includes 40 page book and 16 songs on 2 CD's just arrived. I just finished the first CD. Amazing! I'm going to listen to the second one right now! :D
