down 6 pounds total once more, where i was last monday. good enough for me.
and i AM staying focused on healthy eating, back to my bootcamp (i had to miss 2 classes :() and the alcohol is out of the equation once more for the time being. got to work on me!Stay with me...

I'm going out of town for a week starting tomorrow on a vacation that has been planned for some time. Here's to hoping I don't eradicate any accomplishments to this point. Lost three more pounds although I fully expect to regain those--that was my 3 pound leeway to prepare for vacation.

down 7.5 pounds total!
yes, i hit that last tuesday....then actually regained 1.5....but now back down to it, and on a monday....nice, positive way to kick off the week! AND i had a really enjoyable weekend in general, but definitely yummy foods and yes, drinks (back to drinking only on weekends)......so happy i could do all that AND still manage to lose 2 pounds over the last week.Stay with me...

you should measure yourself, sometimes that's even MORE satisfying than the #s on the scale.
i measure myself on the first of every month, keep track of it on my food/exercise jounral...it's nice to see and feel those changes definitely!
and really, my clothes started fitting WAY better, looser a lot quicker than the #s on the scale, and even with the loss, it's not all that much....so the inches really are what are making me happy.eventually of course, i want to see BOTH a lot smaller.

oh, and bootcamp is kicking my ass 3 days a week.....and i LOVE it! just got home from my class....awesome!
i actually find i look forward to it....NEVER thought that would happen. me, looking forward to exercise!
i'm converted!i find it makes me feel GREAT, and it's also an awesome outlet/release from all the *other* bs in my life, cluttering my mind. one of the best decisions i've ever made....definitely glad i signed up, hope to go thru the end of the year then try to do on my own at home.

Don't ask how that happened, because I have no idea. lolol. Anywho, yes, it's actually 14 lbs total, I think, since this thread. Since summer of 2009, it's 24 total. woot.

i am exactly where i was last week, down 7 pounds.
i HAD mid-week progress of an additional 2 pounds gone, but somehow, that didn't stick. :?
hopefully more progress on the horizon!

I haven't gained any weight, but I'm not shrinking much either. It's kind of frustrating...but then, my exercise schedule has really taken a hit since school started again. :P

Well after a lot of effort I lost 2 1/2 in 2 weeks, then put 1/2 back on. I think it's definately harder with age. I've been maintaining all the weight lost. 26 pounds in total...wouldn't mind losing 4 more just for a nice round number :P Exercise and diet have stayed consistent and I'm allowing myself an occasional indulgence.

I will be away for awhile, will check back in later, probably at least 10 lbs. lighter.
