So strange there is such a variance in size with the Anolog shirt. Typically there are 2 inches between sizes... Some brands will run an inch between sizes. if they are skimpy.....bummer the returns didn't work out :(

Question is what is a "real woman's size medium or large"?
That's what shirts can hopefully get to....

Where I need length in a shirt it sounds like many need room for the girls which is not an issue for me.

Again my sympathy to the guy, cause in my mind it is a man, that has to figure this shirt situation out.

Ok, I sew and have, on occasion, made clothes for myself. So here is your answer on sizing that best gives the measurements you were wondering about.

Just so you know, most commercial clothing companies use something call "vanity sizing" where they take say, a size 18, and label it a 14 to make the buyer feel good and keep coming back to their brand. Yes, it true. That why is important weigh yourself as opposed to trying on clothes to find out if you lost weight.

Looking at these measurements it might help when buying your size. Hopefully this helps.

Ok so my analog tee is 17" across the bust, which when doubled is 34"
Going by this sizing chart it would be a size 6! Yeah in my world, that's not an XL :(

I received my analog exchange in the mail today, too.

I ordered XL b/c I am used to them running small also. This shirt is huge.

Chalk it up as another t-shirt to sleep in. Its not a cute enough design for me to bother with going down another size.

Just know, I am 5'9" and 36 D and the analog XL is too big. That may help you others who have to order. Also, its a spongebob box.

and thats so weird to me, because i am 5'6", 38 C...which should mean if the XL was too big for you, it should have been about right for me, i would think. i wonder if they changed t-shirt brands along the way, between when i got my original XL...and when you got your replacement, and my 2xl replacement?

Is yours definitely a Ladies? Mine says Ladies S on the tag and is 17" across the bust.

T is too square though so I'm only using it as pjs
So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?

Mine didn't say Ladies, just said x-Large. I still swear it was a kids tee.

But they sent me the measurements for the Analog tees and it says WXL is 17" across. Going by the size chart Shimmy posted, that would make the sz WXL tee a womens sz 6. I just want to know how a sz 6 is an XL?

    Yep that is the problem.
I wear a womens Medium or Large in real womens sizes. In some womens PJ tees, I can't fit in a XXL! :(

They have that Limited Quantity T-shirt sale in the Goods, and the Women's Avocado XL was only $12, so I was like, sure, why not?
It came, I tried to try it on and I couldn't even get it over my head...that thing wouldn't even fit my 10 year old niece, it's so small!! XL my butt! I'm a size 12, it's not like I'm that big! :x

I'm a sz 12 too, so yeah I realize I'm not tiny, but when a sz XL doesn't fit, I feel like a fatty. A sz 6 is not an XL :(

At Alpine, I bought my sons t.shirts. My eldest (9) got a kids size medium. They were out of other kids sizes for my 7 year old so I bought him a women's size small. Here is my 7 year old with the perfect fit t.shirt....I cannot think of a woman I know who could fit into this!!!

The shirts are just cut to a traditional junior size.... Which is the issue we are not juniors.

I am a 6 and I wear a large or an XL in most ladies Pearl Jam shirts. If I go to a jr dept I almost always wear a large. If I go to the "ladies" section I will wear a 4/6 in a blouse or a medium in a top. Working in the past as a fit model I do have a decent understand of clothing.... Might not be great at sewing it. Envy you for having those skills ;)

What I was getting at by " what is a real woman's large or XL" is that clothing lines can vary cuts so much especially if you are dealing with junior and ladies cuts so what one person considers a large another may not as it would be too big or too small.....that is the difficult task at hand I think.

Love my PJ shirts and hoodie ...excited to see the new zombie shirt....and have faith the best shirts are only yet to come for the ladies :D

My analog tshirt says 'ladies XL' on the tag and measures 23 inches wide, and from shoulder to bottom hem is 27 inches long.

    So boxy, and not foxy.

And that is so weird because here are the measurements 10C sent to me. These are for the Analog tee.
    WS – 15 x 24.5
    WM – 16 x 24.5
    WL – 16.5 x 24.5
    WXL – 17 x 26.5
    W2XL – 18.5 x 27
So according to this size chart mine was an XL :(

I wonder why yours measures so much bigger but is labeled an XL?

And mine didn't say ladies, just x-large.

Sounds like they went back to the cut of the 08 tour shirt....
Personally for me love the design but HATE the shirt because it lacks shape!
