    That is very possible. if we get 50 FIRM commitments, and all those 50 people PAY like they say they will, and then they decide to bring a couple more guests, friends etc..and they chip in money then yea. the price could drop to maybe $20 bucks or so.

    But I don't see it falling below $20. the RV rental alone with taxes, insurance, as etc...will probably be close to $600 bucks for the weekend. plus its a Holiday weekend so rental costs may be higher...

    dude, i completely understand, and $20-$25 is probably cheaper than buying beer and food anyway

    yea. that is possible. One thing that was discussed though is capping off the party @ 50 people MAX for the intial RSVP. reason being anymore then 50 people is hard to manage to make sure people pay etc...

    plus anymore then 50 people and then you don't have access to the RV, you need to buy a shit load more beer etc...

    Lets get to 50 RSVPs first then we can worry about going over the guest list. :)

    *NOTE: the 5 VIP All-Access weekend passes I spoke about earlier for $100, those are in addition to the 50 regular tailgate passes. so we could have 55 technically. again the VIP "All-Access" pass allows you to drink a Natty Light with FANCH75, you get one (1) autograph from FANCH75 it provides full access to the RV, including bedroom, plus free cover charge for a post-concert party @ Delilah's Den.

    Those 5 VIP spots are still up for grabs so reply today!!

    OK. I just rented the RV. I'm not fucking joking either. Pick-up is set for Saturday morning May 27th, returned on Tuesday morning May 30th.

    My credit card was charged $300 deposit. NOW I have until up to 4 days before the res to cancel and get my full deposit back.

    I have no plans to cancel, BUT if the 10 club ticket sale goes shitty and everyone gets shut out then people start backing out etc....I will have no choice.

    Probably this Monday, (after everyone will know if they got 10c tix or not) I will start sending PMs to everyone with info on how to pay thru PAYPAL. If you don't have paypal you can sign up here, it's free!!! http://www.paypal.com

    For right now lets think all think positive thoughts. We will all get 10 club tickets on Sunday!!!!!!!! Ok I'm out of here. Next update will be Thursday night so there will be no need to send me nasty PMs asking me when the next update will be (*cough* thatgirl). :)

    i would like to rsvp but i think i'll just park next to you to join the fun & bring my own stuff, i have all camping stuff like fold up tables, portable bbq, chairs and so on, i'm a well seasoned tailgater, i'll bring plenty of my own beer & liquor and food no problem, just want a central place to hang out and meet people
    50+ shows and lost count somewhere along the way

    Nice job julian... and you're not cancelling that rental for any reason whatsoever.. if I have to pony up a C-note then it will be done. None of this pussy backing out shit.. I don't wanna hear it. This will be the gold standard of tailgating.

    That said, I'll bring the tent again to provide shelter and a nice area for the CCFA fundraiser or any other activities that may be planned. Honestly thinking about renting an SUV or something to I can bring then tent, chairs, possibly table etc... but we'll see. Checked last night and it looks like $200 for the 3 day rental since everything is closed monday.. have to see about that as the time draws near.
