    i agree. it's sad.

it all stems back to the greed and stupidity that is the bcs.

if football would just have a playoff system, teams wouldn't have to worry about being in a big "bcs" football conference.

The BCS has ruined college sports. College basketball has a tournament and there are really no complaints.

anwyay, the higher exit fee is key like i mentioned a few days ago. if schools like yours and wvu and louisville and rutgers sign off on it, the conference may survive. albeit, a bit weaker.

looks like louisville is staying. that is good at least.

now houston, ucf, and boise state might be close with houston and ucf coming in for basketball too.

i really think it makes a lot of sense to go after memphis and temple for all sports (if tu comes for all sports, nova would insist they move up to football if they expand to 14 teams). you'd have a built in rivalry with memphis and l'ville and temple/nova....that makes too much sense. it probably won't happen.

presidents meetings in philly on tuesday...

:lol: I can't stop laughing at the thought of Houston and Boise State in the Big East...kind of like Dallas in the NFC East and Indy in the AFC South.

Anything that makes too much sense won't happen. It's too easy not to happen.

In Big East related news: Andre Drummond breaks nose and suffers mild concussion in practice today.
