Pearl Jam Twenty (PJ20) - What & Where - Piecing It Together

OK.
We know the 10c Limited Deluxe DVD and BluRay are GONE. Probably for good! No use in
over spilled milk.
From what I can glean here are the current options of purchase:
1. You can take your chances on eBay for the Limited Deluxe DVD/BluRay. :?
2. You can hope maybe one of the nice 10c will send you Discs 2 and 3 for you to watch, assuming you pay for shipping and extra duty insurance.
3. You can purchase the "normal" PJ20 standard DVD with bonus footage (Disc 1, I presume) from 10c here: https://secure.pearljam.com/store/produ ... u=9111-DVD
4. You can purchase the "normal" PJ20 standard DVD with bonus footage (Disc 1, I presume) from Amazon (and probably other online retailers) from here: http://www.amazon.com/Pearl-Jam-Twenty/dp/B005LLXB9K/
5. You can purchase the "normal" PJ20 BLU-RAY (Disc 1, I presume) EXCLUSIVELY from Best Buy. I am not sure if this contains bonus footage or not: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Pearl+Jam+T ... id=2277771
6. You can purchase the "normal" PJ20 digital version (Disc 1, I presume) from iTunes. Looking at the length of the film here, I don't think bonus footage is included. There are standard and HD versions available: http://itunes.apple.com/us/movie/pearl- ... d468538419
7. You can purchase what I have to believe is either the digital version of Disc 2 or Disc 3 from the 10c Deluxe set on iTunes. It is labeled "Pearl Jam: The Kids are Twenty". There are standard and HD versions available. It is here: http://itunes.apple.com/us/movie/pearl- ... d467321759
Can anyone verify if (7) is Disc 2 or Disc 3 of the 10c Deluxe edition?

It's disc 2. Disc 3 is The Fans Are Alright
So if the iTunes "Pearl Jam: The Kids are Twenty" is Disc 2, I think I am going to be purchasing this way:
1. Disc 1 off of Amazon - Standard DVD. It is not HD like off of iTunes and I don't have a Blu-Ray player; the bonus footage on the Disc is worth more to me than HD that I can get on iTunes
2. Disc 2 off of iTunes - HD version. Might as well go for the HD on the digital version.
3. Disc 3 -- wait and see.

I just pre-ordered the Pearl Jam: The Kids Are Twenty off of iTunes. They don't charge you until it becomes available and it looks like you can cancel if you want to. I wasn't going to make the mistake that this will disappear. I learned that lesson from not ordering the Limited Edition set when I had the chance.
