Dear Ten Club´s Staff, good morning.
I don´t know what are happening...but there are many wrong things.
I´m membership and I really like to buy the limited package of bluray but I CANNOT.
Why?
Because the ten club is making the things wrong... I pay 50 bucks for has the right to buy exclusive GOODS... but i can´t. There are many othe people that isn´t membership, buying exclusives produtcs and selling it on ebay.
BACKPACK, BLURAY, POSTER, TSHIRT, VINYL...... but i can´t get tuned in all the day for new products. I need to work for paying the products i want from pearl jam.
If the product is limited... only one for member... and if I cannot pay now for that... I HAVE THE RIGHT to buy on next month... BECAUSE THE EXCLUSIVES PRODUCTS ARE ONLY ONE FOR MEMBER.... but unfortunately.. it isn´t happening !!!!!!!!!
I´m really sorry for it... there´s no concern with us... equal many years ago....
Today it happen like this : Drop the flesh on the cage and the lions are going to catch them !!! and fuck the cats !!!
Something must be done now !!!!

Man the question is not only buy the dvd... I won´t the dvd... I want the bluray it´s fact !!!
But the things are wrong..... it´s not fair with us membership !!!

You certainly have a major complaint.
You should sue the 10c.
Your case could be based on the 10c only having items in the goods section till a)they sell out or b) only for one month not 2 months.
You obviously have a excellent lawsuit.

Non member cannot buy exclusive products. so the ones on ebay are being sold by members on here and as frustrating as it is, it's like that wherever. You know what it's like when you want tickets to PJ or any other band that people buy this stuff to make money on. Not everyone. I buy the limited stuff for my own collection and would never sell any of it unless i somehow luckily ended up with a duplicate, which you can't do as the limited stuff is 99% of the time 1 per customer.
Hey some things you miss and some things you don't, I missed out on Benaroya and Into the wild and I'm a massive collector but I just wasn't quick enough or lucked out. I felt i was the one who always missed out but with a fanbase this huge, we can't really expect much more, especially if it is advertised as limited. Same with the Klausen bridge school poster which I ended up buying for like three times the price - but hey it's art, he's spent his money I gave him, but I still have this cool art print to look at everyday on my wall.
Oh, and if were you, I would certainly not worry about the Bluray, and just get the DVD ltd set. If you have seen the film you will know the poor picture footage and very ropey live recording lol, are so not worth getting upset about the bluray being sold out. Get yourself the DVD, it will be no different, none that anyone will notice anyway. We get carried away thinking DVD is now shit... it ain't!

i can understand the dissapointment in the white backs spacer....orginally sold out in 2.5 hours...before multiples were pulled from orders and resold.
i can't understand the bitching that comes not buying something that was on sale for a month.

Those people spending like $300 on this thing are gonna look back and go... what was I thinking, but hey if they are lucky enough to have that kinda cash to burn, then good luck to them, why the hell not.
Vinyl is different, it's the album, so for me the fact that that 12" circle hold PJ sounds etc is kinda special, but I like my rock music CD and vinyl packaging.
Life sucks, life is a bitch, life is unfair, you can't always get what you want....
You lost out. The 10c owes you nothing. Get a better job that has spontaneous money for you to impulse buy shit. Or listen to Speedy.

I thought about buying it for a couple weeks but couldn't pull the trigger. I was actually relieved when it was OOS. So, I bought the DVD instead, which will allow me to watch it on any of my devices anyway. Sour grapes.
Same with the Backpack, I had it in my cart and couldn't bring myself to buy something I will probably never use because I wouldn't want to ruin it and also WTF am I going to do with a $75 backpack?
sorry man, but the Bluray had been up for a looooong time.
what would be nice, is if the members got a heads up on new (especially limited edition) stuff via email. But then, people would still complain because "they cant check their email all day"....maybe Santos should call everyone?
that's kind of how i feel.
quite frankly, after college, i just made enough to pay rent, buy food and get to work. there were tons of things to do, but i didn't because i was broke...and i didn't cry about it.
fuck. i didn't get my first pair of nike's until i was 16 and got a job.

Not just in PJ land, but life in general.
No-one ever died from a lack of backpacks, vinyl, stickers or laptop bags. People lose track of what's really important.
Want? Sure. Need? Please...
Anyone spending $500 on a packpack needs to re-think their priorities. Unless they are filthy rich of course, in which case go for it.
And of course, to play devil's advocate: what does it matter to you if someone spends their hard earned money on a rare item?
