You have some very nice pictures, thanks for sharing! but it's still not quite what I'm looking for....

I'm trying to find a pic with the whole band in the shot too... I know this is damn near impossible to get close enough (and focused properly) to get the detail of the guitar, + manage to be far away enough to get the whole band... but a guy can dream right!

    Thanks again for sharing!

You should've taken your own camera ;)
    Hope you find it!

People are still getting back from being on tour... I have a friend that takes amazing shots, won the front row lottery a couple of times. No idea if he has the shot you're after (I don't), but people are still sorting through some pictures (that I know, anyway). I think wanting a good close shot of the guitar WITH the whole band is just not really going to happen, not from a fan camera, anyway. It's hard enough trying to keep your arms steady, taking a shot without flash let alone trying to get detail like that with the whole stage in focus... those guys tend to move around alot while they're playing ;) Best shots are singular shots. But seriously, Vancouver was so loud, when I'd pause to take a photo, I could feel the vibrations through the hairs on my arms... it was quite intense... the one shot I wish I'd captured was Ed all riled up during Ole, trying to get the front row middle section to get into it... I was too taken aback to pull my camera out, lol... hadn't seen Ed look like that in a very long time.

I did, but my picture taking abilities suck... and weren't aided any by seat locations.

I agree with you that the picture is probably not possible, but that doesn't mean i can't try and look for it...

I just noticed a thread with pictures from 2 photographers in the front row in toronto 1.... they have my shot, but ed doesn't have the right guitar... gonna ask them if they have something they would share but.... we'll see i guess...
Houston, Texas... Believe it or not, there are 7 million people here... must be a couple of fans who'd love to see you play.
