    Today was great. Got down to the area where the tat shop is and as always, I stopped in at a local used record store. Picked up some great stuff (Bob Marley, The Beatles, Gary Numan) and shot the shit there for a bit. I went up to get the tat done and it was a blast. The tattoo looks pretty good if I do say so myself. It didn't get the inside of my arm as much as I was expecting but when he was in there, it stung like a mofo.

    as I mentioned, I really enjoyed today's appointment. Building a genuine relationship with your artist is a really cool thing.

    Instead of tipping him this time, I brought him a Ten picture disk LP as he has lots of neat little knick knacks in his office and I thought a little pearl jam would look nice between the Godzilla and Storm Trooper figurines :)

    Sweet! Your tat artist is awesome!!! I'm glad im here watching this all unfold :D . How many sessions are you planning total until its fully complete? You'd be wise to get your arm insured after all this ink!! :lol:

    Well there will be at least 4 or 5 more. The way I'm starting to map it out on my arm is going to have all the main real estate is covered with big focal points, then I'm going to fill in the negative space with little artifacts from other posters I didn't want to get large items from. It's taking shape exactly how I had hoped. I think it's going to take a long time though before it's done. If I'm going in every 3 months, it will be at least a year before it's done...
