Change of location for Chicago Shuttle Pick Up

I have just had am email, the location of the Chicago Shuttle pick up has moved from LA PAZ Parking.
The email had the following detail -

CHICAGO SHUTTLE PICKUP:
The shuttle pickup location will be near the South East corner of E Randolph St and N Michigan Ave on the edge of Millennium Park. The Shuttles will be located on Randolph St. There will be a Check-In area located near the Harris Theater /Bicycle Station on Randolph St.
2009 - Manchester. 2010 - Dublin, Belfast, London, Berlin, Arras, Werchter. 2011 - PJ20 i & ii, Montreal, Toronto i & ii, Ottawa, Hamilton. 
2012 - Manchester i & ii, Berlin i & ii, Stockholm. 2014 - Amsterdam i & ii, Trieste, Vienna, Berlin, Leeds, Milton Keynes.
2016 - Boston Fenway i & ii, 2018 - Amsterdam i & ii, Pinkpop, London i & ii, Padova, Krakow, Barcelona, Seattle i & ii.

    Yeah, my friend and I weren't checking our emails regularly on Sept 1 & 2 and didn't get this email until AFTER we missed the shuttle pickup on Saturday morning, after much frustation walking up and down S Columbus Ave trying to figure out where the hell the bus was. Given that it was a late change, it would have been nice if they had posted some signs or a customer service person at the original location to direct people who didn't get the email. We wound up having to go out to O'Hare and rent a car and drive out to Alpine and back on Saturday, and again Sunday (there was no drop-off location for the rental car available between 4am when we got back to Chicago on Sunday morning and 9 am when the shuttle bus left again, so we figured we might as well drive ourselves again so we could at least get some sleep Sunday morning). Giant waste of money. Not impressed. :|
