It wasn't Belmont after all! Vue is good though, I saw Foo Fighter's Back & Forth there a few months ago. The sound is VERY loud though... Which is a good thing of course!
By the way, I haven't missed something, have I?...PJ20 isn't in 3D, is it?? You can only buy 3D tickets. Maybe just so the cost is slightly higher to justify showing it? :?:
My closest cinema (Ellesmere Port) is also selling tickets that claim it's 3D, can anyone confirm that it ain't 3D?

I'm from the states and will be heading to Oktoberfest in Germany....which is the same week that PJ20 is schedule to play. If someone finds out the information for where the movie will be played...could you please post? I'm already super pumped just to go to Europe for 8 days, covering 3 countries....but it would be ridiculously cool to see the PJ movie there.
I contacted the cinemas that show english films but they said that the film doesn't have a german release date yet so as of this time they won't be showing it when you are here. Still, you will have the Oktoberfest to keep you occupied.

Looks like Tuesday September 20 is the release date in Dublin, Ireland.
as usual, if you live in the North East of England you seem to get a raw deal (at this rate).
Closest locations are either Middlesbrough, York, or Carlisle it seems.

i emailed cineworld but they said they weren't sure and that's the only cinema in middlesbrough. i live there so it would've been so good.
york is too far. definitely sucky for north east but oh well, all the more reason to spend money on the book and soundtrack

change the date to 20th Sept on there and it shows PJ20 as being screened at Teeside.
Not exactly ideal for myself as don't want to be travelling from Tyneside just to go to the cinema, but might have to, unless a more local one comes up or I arrange working an a Yorkshire location that day. :-)

Belmont is up now after all! Not sure which I'll go to. I've only been to the Belmont once, which was great, but I've no problem with Vue either! Seen concert films/docs in them both.

I've emailed to ask if the film is in English or if it has been dubbed.
I got a reply from the cinema and the film will be shown in its original English version with German subtitles. So you can visit the Oktoberfest and see Pearl Jam Twenty while over here.
