Capacity of 1200 per show, meaning if 1200 people bought all four shows and you were 1201, you'd be pissed. Is your luck that good, or are you rethinking the thread title now?

I'm not even going to PJ20 and the way this band and the 10c worked it out for all of us fans is amazing and everyone on here would crash the forums with how livid they would be if they kept it to 1200 fans per show. Be thankful for what PJ20 is and go from there....

I do agree that it should have been in Seattle at least. Maybe a show at the El Corazon (Off Ramp Cafe, their first show ever), the Showbox, Key Arena, and even move onto the Gorge. What does Alpine have to do with anything? Very random to have a big anniversary weekend in Wisconsin when Pearl Jam is a Seattle band.

Alpine Valley is centrally located in the US, meaning nobody should have to fly coast-to-coast to get there, and it is a big enough venue to hold as many fans as want to be there PLUS two additional side stages.

I don't think the Off Ramp fits the bill.

This way, to me, is a much more convenient deal for the majority of fans. I wouldn't have minded flying to Seattle for a Gorge gig, but if I lived on the eastern seaboard -- where, you know, 80 percent of Pearl Jam's fan base resides -- it would probably make me think twice.

I'm guessing that the 35,000 fans that don't get in to each concert will be as upset as many people on the boards are each day.

Thank you for making PJ20 what you have, PJ.
