I think tomorrow's forcast for Perth is for 40* so it'll be over that here (we're always a few degree's hotter in the day time, than Perth in Summer) :(
Edit: just checked and Perth's forcast is for 38* and possible thunderstorms and Thursday's 40* BLEK!

we do have an above ground pool that I put up each Summer......it's a big job though and I haven't done it yet........besides being a big job to put it up.....it takes up so much of my time - having to clean it every day, keep it chlorinated etc....not to mention the expense. I'll see.....I might have to put it up.....but I'm using it as an excuse to head to the beach more often
I've alive!!!! Had the worst headache this morning but some nice greasy food, a video and long airconditioned snooze on the couch and I'm back baby, I'm back!

That reminds me of one night I was staggering home from the local pub and decided to take a "short cut" across the town oval......was all ok until I hit a dark part of the oval and got a bit scared and started running :eek: I'd forgotten about the wooden benches going around the edge of the oval and ran straight into one and flew right over the top and landed flat on my face
I'd forgotten all about it until the next morning when we noticed the massive bruises across my legs, where they'd hit the bench OUCH! LMFAO!

That sounds like a great way to spend NYE I'm with you on going public - too many pricks around that could spoil the whole night....and yeah walking is about the only way to get home.

Sam and Emma are still on their trip. They (and a few others) drove to Melbourne last week for the Falls Festival and are now on their way to Sydney. They should be in Newie tomorrow night.
Ive already been camping. Got back a coupla days ago. Was good fun except Ive got bruises all over the fat gut - came a cropper on a surfboard whilst being towed behind a mates boat and landed on the board at about 50km an hour - fark it was funny tho. Good times

No surf the last few days - its about 900 ft. Just a few quick dips - even that is nasty. Northy is closed and there are rips that bad it would suck you straight to NZ

I initially tried to tactfully say I thought it was WRONG.....ie. the guys got a wife or GF for fucks sake! and I'd hate it etc;.....but she just didn't get it :rolleyes: It's no different to grabbing any 'attached' guy, who should be pashing their wife or GF at midnight on NYE and pashing him!
