    Please help me. I am a 10c member and live in Brazil. I want to buy tickets for the Sao Paulo show but I never received an email from the 10c giving me a password or instructions/a link. I am obivously a member or I could not post a reply here. Can someone please give me the password or the website to buy tickets for Brazil. How, Where, When, to buy Brazil fan club tickets? Thanks for any information.

    Hello, brio!
    CPF is the equivalent in Brazil to the Social Security number in the U.S.
    only residents or naturals have it...
    it is always a 14 digit number in this format: xxx.xxx.xxx-xx

    I suggest you try to register with the same ID you use in your credit card account.
    If it doen´s work, maybe your passaport?

    asi es acabo de comprar y el unico beneficio es hacerlo antes que el resto, no hay pulseras como en 2005 (igual esos shows son un mito unico e irrepetible, hay que comparar menos y disfrutar de esta gira) ni accesos especiales... aunque aun espero sorpresas
    compre para el show de la plata también, alguien mas viaja de chile a la plata?

    ¿pudiste comprar? A mi no me deja, dice que "el código ingresado ya fue utilizado" y probé con mi número de 10C y tampoco...

    Yo tampoco pude comprar ni con la password ni con mi número de socia. EStoy desesperada !!! Llamé a ticketeck y me dijeron que esta preventa es solo por internet. Qué hago ?

    i am a member of the fanclub and I couldn't buy the Buenos Aires tickets neither with the password they sent me by e-mail nor with my number. I called ticketek but they can't help me.

    Please if somebody from the tenclub can help us it would be great since i'm losing my mind here, thanks

    Same problem here, by introducing the password I got the message "the code was already used", by introducing my member number I got the message "that number doesn't exist". I really need to know if this is a general ticket vendor problem or is me doing something wrong, which I doubt it!

    Lo mismo paso en Peru parece que la clave se filtro y saturo la web, hay que exigir mas responsabilidad con esto de las entradas, la venta para los miembros debe ser personalizada.

    ticketeck apesta! y el fan club la verdad esta dejando mucho que desear!

    estoy hace 2 horas en la página y me larga el mismo mensaje que todos cuando pongo el codigo ese que mando el 10C

    encima los de ticketeck no atienden el telefono los muy chantas!
