As far as I know only brazilian people can buy tickets at Tickets for Fun website. Last year I called them (my friend from Argentina wanna go to a concert here) to ask and I they said that to me...
They only accept brazilian credit card :oops:
Got them finally using my Amex. Not the up front seats, but still there. I couldn't handle the crowd if I wanted too.

The quantity is still 4 per concert, T4F always has to make it hard for us fans to buy tickets, so everyone has the "illusion" that the tickets are ending and we desperately buy anything we can find (to push the sale of bad located tickets that nobody would buy).
If you exceed the max. quantity of tix, they call you to cancel one of the transactions, so you are OK.
You didn't buy the wrong tix, the full priced tix are for when the half priced ones end (I think so). I also bought the half priced.
Let's not forget the fight for our well deserved early entry everybody! keep sending those emails!
