  • The only thing I can say now is that T4F said and PJ agree... no benefits for your fans and no discuss.

The same city but diferent places from 2005, but I still don't see any differences between Apoteose from 2005 from 2011, like Gigantinho 2005 from this place in 2011....for exemplo.

It's a different promoter this tour, that's the difference. It's quite clear to me that T4F is the real reason for no early entrance this tour

    You don´t say :(

At least our dream is coming true, and well fighting for rights is just the fair thing to do.

    WHY?!?!

I can offer volunteer work. Is it 10C limitation? Promoter saying no? The band doesn't want it?
seems 10c couldnt do anything.promoters and venue do what thye want...dont know..is sad

I've said this before: Aerosmith and Bon Jovi did the early entrance for their fan club members and both concerts were from the same promoter as PJ, and Bon Jovi was in the same venue (morumbi and apoteose), so this is NO excuse.

As I said on the chat:

I never thought I would say this. But I kinda of miss EPIC/Sony.

I am sure if PJ was still in a big label, we would have this piece of cake.

    "Hi Jim-

The infrastructure of ticketing technology, venues, security concerns, and promoters vary from region to region. This is is why each international tour is done a bit differently. Additionally within each region many things change as years pass, so what was possible during the 2005 tour may not apply for the 2011 tour.

    We appreciate your concern regardless.

    Best wishes,

    10c"

Jimmy, this is NOT an excuse for them. Read my last post. The concerts I've mentioned happened last year, and Aerosmith will have the same benefit again this year in Brazil (oct 30th), by the same promoter (T4F), so it's hard to imagine they have refused to give 10C this privilege.

I just sent a message to Tickets For Fun requesting their side of the story.
I have some friends on show business. I would find a contact within Tickets For Fun and grab a official statement from them on the demands made my PJ/TenClub.

By what I am talking to people... TenClub never even bothered to request it. Everybody is telling me this is piece of cake and that promoters in Brazil are used to do this. It's easier than request for backstage passes.

I Agree Chossita. We already have the shows. We are going to be there. It's going to be great.

But we need to understand why we latinos are treated different from the rest of the fans.

if you have contacts, look for TIME FOR FUN, this is the promoter, tickets for fun is just their tickets vendor (part of the HUGE company).

and you should try to get in contact with someone higher up in the company, because sending a msg in the website or trying to talk to one of those telemarketing people is useless. I sent an email to them also but got a generic answer "all the infos about PJ concert are in www.t4f.com.br".

and i agree fully about promoters being used to early entry. Years ago FC advantages weren't very common here in SA, but now almost every artist have early entry and even backstage tours.

Listen, fellow latinos, this TC is a business. Their top customers are americans. Europeans also receive the same treatment. Why? Becuase both have similar concert policies when it comes to booking pop/rock acts. Tim said it. Venues and promoters are different here. There is the answer. I agree with someone here that posted that maybe when PJ was with sony, it might have been different. They put more pressure. I would believe PJ is actually stunned that they pulled this latin tour by themselves. Good point there.

I, for one, am not renewing my membership. In fact it is currently expired. But, I have nothing but great comments about TC. I scored great seats thru TC back in 2009, specially Los Angeles. I am leaving this great community just becuase I see no real benefits for us hipanoamericanos. This is a fact that all of us should see clearly. Not becuase of this whole early access issue. The holiday single, the mag could mean a lot. The tickets fan club presale (in the usa) is why i joined. I renewed last year because I thought PJ would make a major 20 anniv tour in the usa this year. Bummer that they didn´t but, asi es la vida.

And now the great anticipated news. PJ in latinamerica again! Costa Rica! Finally somewhere in central america!!! And people go bezerk over early access. If it were available: hurray! Great! But its not: fuck, man. What can I say......? TC owes us? Shit. I hate to tell you but, not really. They don´t. PJ will pay us back with their music. I can almost guarantee this. In fact, it should be printed on the tickets.

Not for you should now be not for us? Good joke! But, c´mon guys. PJ is not the same band they were 20, 15, 10 years ago. In Vincent´s own words (pulp fiction): THAT´S A MOTHERFUCKING FACT OF LIFE. I believe they respect us. I think we just expect too much. If what they don´t do is somehow disrespectful for the fans, to each their own. Watch the LIVE AT THE SHOWBOX dvd of PJ. What vedder says to the fan from chile in the crowd, twice in the concert, that shit is disrespectful. I just figured he has a very very dark dark sense of humor.

    Perspective, guys.

Well ... What a pity all this situation.

I still believe 10c can do something for us (fans), we still have 4 months before shows, it has enough time to do something.

At this time I'm disappointed with all this, I expected a better treatment, the same treatment that I'm used to see in other countries.

Since last summer, when there were rumors that the band would come to Brazil, I invited 4 friends to get in 10C, told them about all the benefits that we were used to have, about the convenience that we have in the days of the show, the antecipated entries of mainline and about the bracelets. Although they know that I'm not guilty about it, I feel ashamed, because I always preached that the band does everything for the welfare of the fans, the case of Ticketmaster in the 90's is an example, among other things ...

This is the first time that the band leaves me disappointed.

Well you see, in 2005 we argue with our mayor and the stadium's neighborhood to make it happen, to garantee that the shows were going to have happen in Sao Paulo, with all this I expected to receive a better treatment.

Well ... I still have hope.

Hey alex. Bummer, man. But read what TC- FAQ has to say about this:

HOW DO I GET TICKETS THROUGH THE TEN CLUB?
When a tour is announced, tickets will be made available to purchase at the Ten Club before they go on-sale to the general public. We will send all eligible members an email with the pre-sale ticket information. We will also make this information available in the NEWS and TOUR section of our site. Policies and conditions vary from tour to tour, so the most accurate information will be posted with a tour announcement.
We can not guarantee tickets for all fan club members for all shows, with limited restrictions and deadlines, but we do make them available whenever possible.
International territories can be a little tricky, but we do our best to come up with a solution to accommodate our fan club members worldwide.

Their best solution, for now, is what they have to offer, now. Don´t blame it on them. They already gave an answer. And to me, its a logical answer.

Plus, forget about the ticketmaster deal. That was like what? 15 years ago? Nobody backed them up. They have lived on. Are you the same person you were 15 years ago? I think you are being extremely harsh on them, dude. The music is going to awesome. None of us might get to the rail, but don´t focus on that, man.

I've just read the whole 28 pages.

You know what is worse than no early access to the venue?

Members in Mexico are sending the pre-sale password to non-members!

The 10C clearly stated NO TO DISTRIBUTE THE PASSWORD!! And they are sending it to non-members and may be scalpers.

So we don't have the benefit for early acces and 10c gave us the benefit to score tickets before general public, but now, thanks to a dumbass leaking the password, we don't even have that.

I have been a member for several years and I renew my membership every year on time, so I think it's BS.

I really hope the 10c can do something about it
