    zooropa is one of my favorite songs ever, which is why it's in my sig. i might get a tattoo one day with the lyrics "she's gonna dream out loud". you can't go wrong with that album!

    Info for the Philadelphia show:


    Here are some things you need to know for Thursday's U2 concert at Lincoln Financial Field.

    EVENT TIMELINE

    • General Admission line queue opens at 6 AM
    • All gates open 5 PM
    • Concert begins 7:15 PM

    FIELD SEATING

    Guests with field seating Sections FLD1 to FLD50 will enter the stadium at the South Gate located at the end of 11th street. Here you will receive your wristband for floor seating. The line queue for field seating will open at 6 AM on Thursday.


    Bono rocks at the U2 360 tour stop in Mexico earlier this year (RED)ZONE SEATING

    Guests with (RED)ZONE seating can pick up your tickets at the West Ticket Windows located off 11th street and proceed to the South Gate for entrance. You will use the dedicated turnstiles on the LEFT side of the South Gate for entry. For (RED)ZONE ONE seats, you will be directed to use the field stairs at Section 120-121. For (RED)ZONE TWO seats, you will be directed to use the field stairs at Section 137-138.

    PROHIBITED ITEMS

    For your comfort and safety, the following items will not be permitted into Lincoln Financial Field:
    • alcoholic beverages
    • bags larger than 12x12x12
    • bottles, cans or beverage containers of any kind (this includes sealed water bottles)*
    • hard sided coolers
    • umbrellas
    • noisemakers
    • laser pointers, flashlights or glow sticks
    • inflatable balls or balloons
    • video cameras
    • fireworks
    • firearms or weapons of any kind

    Food items must be wrapped or contained in clear plastic. *Exceptions will be made for guests with specific medical needs.

    PARKING, OVERNIGHT PARKING & TAILGATING

    Parking lots will open at 12 PM on Thursday and the cost will be $20/car. There is no reserved parking for this event. All parking will be sold cash only on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Wells Fargo Lot M&N will be provided for oversized parking and unlocked on Wednesday at 6 PM to accommodate guests.

    Tailgating is not permitted in parking lots north of Pattison Avenue and west of Darien Street (Lots Q through W and the lot near the NovaCare Complex). Generally, small grills are permitted.

    The parking lot for General Admission ticket holders only will open at 5:45am and will allow them to start lining up at 6am. The South Gate is where guests can start lining up, located towards the end of 11th Street closer to I-95. All gates for the stadium open at 5:00 pm.

    damn. the bus from ny penn station doesn't leave until 6:30am so i'll be there at the EARLIEST around 9am. daaaaaamn. there will be a lot of people ahead of me, but good thing i don't want the inner circle.

    haha, some of us will be there in NJ/NY too, but I don't think I am doing the all-day line up. I am too old for that crap. Actually at least one of our group is doing the bus from NY early Thursday too.
