    Hi Trudie *waves back*

So what's the go about this new "Hard Rock Park" opening up in South Carolina? We need a Hard Rock theme park over here too!!

    Hi Rob :)

Yep, Hard Rock Park opens in a few months! Its gonna be freakin sweet!!
We could have one on the Gold Coast for sure! All the other freakin parks are here so why not!

So its an amusement park, which is of course all about Rock and Roll.... and rides :) They are in the final stages of building now. I would love to get over there one day, hopefully!

They just announced The Eagles and The Moody Blues about a week or so ago! Awesome huh! I would love to see The Eagles :)

Is a strange place to build.... dunno why the location was chosen. I thought initially it was going to be in California or Orlando.... still dont know the rhyme behind the reason on that one?

California or Orlando would be more tourist friendly. Maybe they thought that they wouldn't be able to compete with Disneyland/World, Universal Studios etc?

Anyway, how have you been? Life treating you well?

the competition would have definitely been a factor. and theres nothing else even close to the size, or the genre in South Carolina, could be 2 reasons...

Life is good Suga! Working hard, enjoying my 2 days off right now, trying to figure out who to go with for health insurance...<< now thats a fuckin nightmare!! what else.... gotta get my bathrooms fixed.... $$$$
But, im not complaining cos life is good :)
How bout you Rob? still working the grave yards?

Yeah I'm mostly working morning shifts but I've recently been picking up a few afternoon shifts which is good because:
    1) It's a bludge (mostly cleaning) and
    2) I get to sleep in :)

Depends....it changes all the time....some times it's VERY hard to get anyone to do it....others they're really pushing it. If it's something you want done, you'll find someone that'll do it.
    haha someone... like yourself?

going to bed like this >:eek::eek::eek::eek:

    helmets don't help this time!!

in fact he doesn't need a condom either.... *shrug*

    "Don't need a raincoat, i'm already wet...."

It doesn't matter who's "AGAINST" or what's the "norm".
It's your decission and you have your reasons for them :)
Both caesers and circumsision are very personal choices and IMO there is no wrong or right - it's what suits you :)

Can I ask why you're so pro circumsission.....once again - I'm not judging your decission....I'm just interested :)

Oh, I know you're cool with my decision etc. I was having a "discussion" with a friend/acquaintance the other day and she was just going off about caesareanss and circumcision and being a bad mother if you decide that and blah blah blah....THAT is annoying.

Why? Well, my little brother is done and since we're 17 months apart, I've grown up with him being naked in front of me my whole life so I find circumcised penises very normal. Leigh is done too. And to be honest, elephant trunks turn me off. I remember I was with this guy once and found out he wasn't snipped and I just wasn't interested. I find them quite ugly -- probably because I'm not used to them. And I have heard some horror stories of kids/adults needing to be done later on or having problems etc -- but I haven't heard any horror stories of anyone getting done as a baby -- seems like a straight forward procedure. So I'll definitely be getting it done.

    Special Mystery Guest: 6.30pm - 7.15pm
    Jack Johnson: 7.45pm - 9.45pm

My 2 thoughts for the morning:

Whilst my little Novacastrian friend has pulled off some cunning stunts in his life....Eddies solo tour wont be coming to Australia! Petition or no petition.

I had no idea that there was such a 'backlash/ethical/lack of' support for circumcision. I just thought it was common (especially my age bracket) to have the snip. And if I had boys tomorrow I woulda got them done automatically............so Im surprised by all the negativity about it. Its a health thing???????

Maybe Im missing something and Id better do some reading over lunch
I'll ride the wave where it takes me.

yep...it was definitely the norm back in our day.....not any more. I reckon there'd be about 5% of the boys at Dwelli school that ARE circ'd....if that
It WAS a health thing waaaay back when , but not any more. It's more of a cosmetic thing now.
We were exactly the same.....if we have boys, they will be done, no question about it. We were given a HEAP of stuff to read about it andas I've said, we didn't get our boys done.

Just don't eat a kebab with hummus for lunch... shaved meat....
um.... yeah if i had boys i'd get them snipped... so if one day they wanted to be porn stars they'd be able to....

I was surprised too! Nearly everyone I know in my age bracket has it done. But now it's BAD....very BAD! Totally looked down upon.

I have a friend who's husband has to wash his thingy out with a special medical soap because he keeps getting yeast infections up there which give her yeast infections when they have sex but he can't stop the infections. Follows the doctors orders and is totally clean but still gets them. Gross! Makes me gag just thinking of it. No head jobs for him!!!

She either read something about kids that sue their parents for snipping them.... OR

SHe thought about her boys knocking up women.. and thought she'd not ever let them get laid ;)

ummmm. there was heaps. wish I'd kept all the info now. I was given a big folder full of info.
Beside the fact that I found out it's just not necessary, other than for looks or religeon, the whole procedure is totally barbaric IMO :(
I'm a big whoos when it comes to my kids being hurt.
I would have had to hold my 2 week old son down while his forey was torn away from the end of his little willy and then sliced off :( with no anesthetic!
If it was going to benefit him in any way....I would've made myself do it, but it was for no reason other than appearance and so they'd be the same as Glenn - I just couldn't do it :(
Apparently until the age of about 4, the foreskin's attached to the end of the willy (can't be pulled back) like your finger nail is attached to your finger. Would I want someone to rip my finger nail back? NO! and the thought of someone inflicting so much pain on one of my children, was too much to bare.
The boys are 9 and 12 now and have never had any problems and I've never regretted our decision :)

As I said though - each to their own.

That wouldn't be very common though.
He needs to see a naturopath/irridologist. I'd say his problem is internal. Yeast infections can start in the stomach.....could even be her that's passing it to him, not knowing.
My sis-in-law had suffered with thrush, used all the cures etc.....went and saw an irridologist who told her it was from candida in her stomach, which could eventually cause problems for her of her hubby, apparently. So she was put on a special diet for a few weeks, and had to take something (don't know what) and it was all sorted :)
