    I know, and.....neither. Laminate. Did a primer coat, let it dry 30 minutes as suggested by directions on can. My problem is the thin, multiple coats; I tend to be heavy handed. And did I mention my lack of patience? :mrgreen: so, got to wait for mr. Dream to assess the damage and sand. Eh well. Another project dragging out. I wanted it done today. :lol:

    Yes, in theory I do know how it should be done, I just don't always do that. :D
    I also have a glossy clear top coat, because I want to protect the finish and color when done.
    As I said, i just wanted to get it done in one day. Fat chance.
