CD Packaging for self released EP - can you help me out?

Hey there!
I'm going physical with my music and want to release an EP of mine without a label. I will self design each disc individually, burn it myself and send it out to the people who wants it for an amount that should cover the cost of packaging and shipping.I thought about I could package the disc in a similar fashion as the Official Bootlegs! So I've been searching the web for these double disc packagings but I always end up with single-disc ones. Does any of you know where Kufala gets these? Or do they manufacture them by themselves? Thanks in advance!
If anyone of you would like to have the cd, just let me know! The link to my music is in the signature! It's kind of Ambient electronic, part beats, part etheral drones and stuff.
Thx!
Karsten

It's been about 3 years since I looked into packaging. I'll see if I have any links saved at work.E. Lansing-98 Columbus-00,03,10 Detroit-00,03 (1&2),06, 14 Cleveland-03,06,10 Toledo-04, Grand Rapids-04,06 London-05, Toronto-05, Indianapolis 10, East Troy (1&2) 11, Chicago 13, Detroit 14

You could just use CD Baby. There's a lot of approaches for this. I'd google it and figure out what's right for you. Here's a new demo called "in the fire":

You know that, with a rubber stamp would probably turn out pretty coolE. Lansing-98 Columbus-00,03,10 Detroit-00,03 (1&2),06, 14 Cleveland-03,06,10 Toledo-04, Grand Rapids-04,06 London-05, Toronto-05, Indianapolis 10, East Troy (1&2) 11, Chicago 13, Detroit 14

These look really good! Maybe I'll try them the next time (made a bookmark) since I ordered the ones I posted above. I'll upload a picture of the finished product soon, it turned out really good even if the cover itself is a bit thin but that's ok. I'll report back if everything is finished and ready to ship, maybe someone wants to buy one of the discs (I know it's not quite the genre most of you dig in)...
Once again, thanks for the feedback!<object height="305" width="100%"> <param name="movie" value="http://player.soundcloud.com/player.swf?url=http://api.soundcloud.com/playlists/1168750"></param> <param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param> <embed allowscriptaccess="always" height="305" src="http://player.soundcloud.com/player.swf?url=http://api.soundcloud.com/playlists/1168750" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="100%"></embed> </object> <span><a href=" favorite tracks!</a> by <a href="0 -
