CD Packaging for self released EP - can you help me out?

Hey there!

I'm going physical with my music and want to release an EP of mine without a label. I will self design each disc individually, burn it myself and send it out to the people who wants it for an amount that should cover the cost of packaging and shipping.I thought about I could package the disc in a similar fashion as the Official Bootlegs! So I've been searching the web for these double disc packagings but I always end up with single-disc ones. Does any of you know where Kufala gets these? Or do they manufacture them by themselves? Thanks in advance! :) If anyone of you would like to have the cd, just let me know! The link to my music is in the signature! It's kind of Ambient electronic, part beats, part etheral drones and stuff.
