capitaltickets.ca and codes

so when i enter my code it says "unable to process request", am I right in assuming that this is because the tickets are released at 5, and not because it doesn't recognize my code? Anyone else using capitaltickets?

  • I am an Ottawa fan too. Did your code have numbers and letters? Or did you just type what was in the email next to Ottawa?

    Oh man this is just getting worse by the minute...i truly feel bad for anyone who wants tickets but has been shutout so far.

  • If you typed in [Please do not give code details] then it has likely been entered by a lot of people, and it says that codes can only be used once.

    I talked the folks at Capital Tickets and we are supposed to each get a unique code that is [Please do not give code details]

    What did you put in?

  • Giventofly - I think you are on eof the few to get a code.

    Most emails the code does not appear - only the aspect that is common.
  • damn that sucks for everyone. Finally some luck coming my way. First PJ concert, really hope this works out!

    Came to my Hotmail. Forwarded it to my Yahoo and my Outlook. No code anywhere. Viewed the source in all three and cannot pick out a code.
