Very cool of Tim to call you on a Sunday to personally discuss the situation with you.

If I read the original post correctly. are you just out of luck until tomorrow's 10C sale?

wow....in my rage this morning I sent an e mail to Michael Rapino (CEO of Livenation). He actually responded. I am pretty impressed and yes I stressed it was not the saleman's fault. Not looking for anyone to get in trouble. I'm kind of a big deal.

That's kind of uncalled for, inappropriate, rude and ridonkulous for you to say that about a man doing his job.

I'm not surprised by Tim's actions. Of course 10C and its staff has integrity.

I certainly hope we all remember this before bashing 10C should we, unfortunately, not get tix or whatever else doesn't go our way.

    Good luck to all tomorrow.

That is really fucking cool Tim is the bomb.

You should definitely "WIN" the lottery for 1st or 2nd row, or 9th or 10th. Hey look at it this way, at least you saved yourself $900 or whatever it was, and now you don't have to go a Buffett concert either. ;)

...the specifics of our conversation are trivial. However, know that it has been a long weekend for everyone involved from Livenation, to 10 Club, to consumer. No guaranteed tickets were made available and there didn't need to be. Tim requested my phone number and called me minutes later on a Sunday afternoon to give me the chronology and logistics of this situation. If that does not exemplify character I do not know what does. We are truly not just not a '10 Club Number' to these people, but fans they are invested in and committed to. I may have lost incredible seats but may have gained a deeper awareness of our fortunes to be rabid about a band with management integrity. So in conclusion, good luck to everyone tomorrow (including me) and lets get back to the excitement and captivation this festival is going to bring. Thanks again Tim.

Pretty nice of Tim to call you considering the way you were bashing him in the other thread and accusing the 10 Club of screwing you over.

How about an apology for all that nonsense you were spewing in the other thread?
