***JUST GOT A CALL FROM TIM BIERMAN, A CLASS ACT***

...the specifics of our conversation are trivial. However, know that it has been a long weekend for everyone involved from Livenation, to 10 Club, to consumer. No guaranteed tickets were made available and there didn't need to be. Tim requested my phone number and called me minutes later on a Sunday afternoon to give me the chronology and logistics of this situation. If that does not exemplify character I do not know what does. We are truly not just not a '10 Club Number' to these people, but fans they are invested in and committed to. I may have lost incredible seats but may have gained a deeper awareness of our fortunes to be rabid about a band with management integrity. So in conclusion, good luck to everyone tomorrow (including me) and lets get back to the excitement and captivation this festival is going to bring. Thanks again Tim.

That is beyond awesome. Awesome job 10C! For Tim to call on a Sunday afternoon really displays how much we the fans mean to this band and vice versa.

Sawyer, I'm sorry that you lost amazing seats but I think in the end you're gonna win the lottery and hit row 1 or 2.

    Good luck tomorrow.

Yes, but did he mention Cluthe playing?

Sorry... I am sure real nonsense will be in this thread.

Good news. Glad you are feeling much more reassured about the situation. Good luck tomorrow!

It strikes me that for this PJ20 event 10C really are trying to do everything they can to set it up as to be as positive an experience as possible for 10C members. They have clearly listened to a lot of things people have been saying in the past - they have upgraded the servers...... and to me seem intent on getting things right for this.

Very cool of Tim to call you on a Sunday to personally discuss the situation with you.

If I read the original post correctly. are you just out of luck until tomorrow's 10C sale?
