Interesting, reading the responses here. But I don't know that I can pick, myself. I like them all. Plus, I have sort of come to regard the studio albums as 'coming attractions' anyway. Most of the time, I listen to the live albums and boots because the live shows are when they really crank it up several notches and the songs really come to life. And after listening to those for a while, the studio albums sound a bit tame for me.
I can tell you that I regard 3 Pearl Jam studio albums as perfect records: Ten, Vs. and Avocado. But then, many of my favorite songs are not on those three, but others, which are near perfect in themselves.
So maybe the answer, for me, is that my favorite one is whatever I'm listening to at the time. :P
"...Dimitri...He talks to me...'.."The Ghost of Greece..".
"..That's One Happy Fuckin Ghost.."
“..That came up on the Pillow Case...This is for the Greek, With Our Apologies.....”
If No Code and Yield morphed into one super album I would have an answer..
I'd agree with this

I think that might be their worst, it's certainly down there with Riot Act. Feels forced too me, not one "classic" song, and it felt like Pearl Jam trying to sound like Pearl Jam. Army Reserve & Worldwide Suicide were ok - Come Back & Inside Job is the tackiest ending to a PJ album ever.
However just my opinion - My fave album, tough call probably No Code closely followed by Vitalogy & Vs

Me too.
No time to be void, or save up on life, you've got to spend it all
Way back when I couldn't get over stupid mop, aye davanita, and for some reason Tremor Christ drove me mad. Now, it's ALL good.
...is it so wrong to think that love can keep us safe?
