Long Nights would be coo... but I gotta be honest... with all the new songs Ed is playing on this leg that he hadnt played before Solo ... There are a good chunk on my Wishlist before Long Nights... But Long Nights would be cool..

I think as far as my Ed Solo wishlist goes... it starts with Patriot... Immortality and RITFW

    Immortality would be AMAZING!

I just love Long Nights and think its a song that is deserving to be played live at his shows...i'm still not sure why he's never broken this one out.

That's awesome...how was the show? I wanted to catch one of his shows but it didn't work out. I love that solo accoustic bootleg of his that came out a few years ago.

It was amazing...his voice is fantastic! He nailed some Beatles songs and Pink Floyd. My friend won the tickets that day through the Facebook competition....not sure how it worked, but we had virtually front center orch seats....wow!

His solo accoustic stuff is my favorite thing he's done in a long time. I found the setlist to your show Katy looks amazing:

    Wouldn't you miss me
    Imagine
    wide awake
    Can't change me
    as hope & promise fade
    Call me a dog

It was incredible...and he sung them sooooo well. I was singing my heart out too...sorry people five rows in front, behind, and to the side. :?

Thanks so much for the set list...I've been trying to piece it together all day. All the songs are playing back in my head but in the wrong order...except for BHS and the encore...It was all WOW!

Funny how I woke up thinking it was a regular Friday and ended up listening to Chris that evening :D

Pity my phone took horrible pictures...
Oh, and he had his daughter on stage too...very cute. She air guitared along with him and knew all the words to Led Z and Lennon!!! Sorry...can't stop babbling on about how great it was. The same friend will be with me at Hartford.

Chris Cornell was absolutely amazing. The show wasn't quite as good as seeing Eddie do a solo show, but it sure was close. The setlist he played was almost perfect, though the song he opened with is "Dark Globe," a Syd Barrett cover.

Now, if I can only get tickets to see Eddie at the Bushnell...

Where were you sitting? I agree, Eddie is the ultimate for me....but boy did this come close.

I was in the center of the rear orchestra, row S. We were towards the back of the lower level, but dead center. It's not like there was a bad seat in the place, I was thrilled to see him in such a small venue. Where were you sitting?

Wow, that sounds like an awesome seat. I agree, the venue was a great size. In fact, I think it would be perfect for Eddie, since he has days off before and after the Hartford show...wishful thinking, I know :D

Is this the same venue that Ed's playing? I'm going to be Orchestra row E for the Ed show.

i would be up for that, i've never scene PJ outside of MSG. I'm actually going to the Bushnell on 5/6. I'm taking the wife to go see Idina Menzel, this broadway chick my wife loves.

and then, on 5/7 you will be scouring the internet for EV tix...once you see the venue (assuming the play is in Mortenson Hall) you'll quickly realize you need to come to CT to see EV :D

Can't wait to see you all at this show. Too bad I won't have the distinct pleasure of meeting Mr. BinauralJam, and probably won't ever again cuz I think I'm throwing in the towel on this band after this show. I think I'm retiring from PJ/EV shows (at least for a few years). It's just too much for me at this point.
