  • Met Boom before the Mansfield, MA show on 6/28/08. He is very cool. I would have liked to have spent more time with him but the show was getting under way. Spent about 15 minutes with him. His family from Hawaii was visiting. Nice folks.

I like what he adds to the sound of the band. IMHO

The reason he never speaks is just like how you never get to see Wilson's face in Home Improvement. It keeps some mystique to him and you are always on the edge of your seat that his face might pop up over the fence too far during one episode.
  • guess this proves he's just not necessary!

    And yeah...

There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with the organ in deep. I much prefer it!! ;)

    He is Buddha.

    edit: added some silence...
Why not be mediocre and be the best at it that you can be?

I find it disappointing that he hasn't really been declared an official member of the band. I mean I just can't imagine a modern PJ disc without his organ work on it. But he's not listed in the band menu on the site and never appears in promotional photos. I really think it's a shame because I think he's earned his wings in spades.
It's like how Stevie Nicks is with The Heartbreakers, they're "honourary" members.
