    Are you talking about the tix for Ed's solo tour? This was my first time getting tix through the fan club and I thought I read that we have to get our tickets at the box office the night of the show.....

    In every diagram I've seen Orchestra E isn't the Pit. The Pit is it's own section. They may have changed how they numbered the rows.

    Regardless you have great seats.

    These aren't the tickets bought through the 10 Club. These tickets are from the pre-sale the next day for those of us who missed out on 10 Club tickets. You'll pick up your 10 Club tickets at the box office on the day of the show.

    Maybe yes, maybe no.

    I've had 10C tickets to 3 Ed solo shows...each time i was around 6-14 rows from the stage. I know some people luck out and get the first couple of rows with their 10C tickets, but i've also heard people do far worse with 10C tickets.

    I was able to pull row E (Orchestra) from the Bushnell pre-sale. If i was a betting man i'd say those seats are probably going to be better than at least 60% of the 10C seats for that show.

    Rows AA-DD is the pit in Hartford. Look at the seating chart on their website. I was shocked that I pulled a pit ticket in the pre-sale. I called the box office to confirm that it was in fact a pit ticket and they said yes!

    It isn't a set time, however we will get an email in advance of the show with details. These Ed shows won't be a hassle. Not that many people got tickets anyway. There will hardly be a line.
