    Rows AA-DD is the pit in Hartford. Look at the seating chart on their website. I was shocked that I pulled a pit ticket in the pre-sale. I called the box office to confirm that it was in fact a pit ticket and they said yes!

    Nah...they will be mixed...just like 10c...people who got TM pre-sale tickets are anywhere from the front to the balcony...based on postss post pre-sale...all TM pre-sale people should be aware of where the seats are prior to delivery...yes? Isn't that info in your email or on your receipt?

    Yes - at the ones I've been to, there is either 1 ten club window, or in Albany, they had a table set up in front. Its not anywhere as big as 10 club lines for Pearl Jam shows
