I have been privileged to see virtually every one of my favorites bands/artists spanning all genres, but I'm sure I'm no different in that I haven't had the chance to see certain acts live. It's kind of like you are playing beat the clock especially in regard to the age of certain bands and how much longer they might be around.
U2 for me is the biggest one I want to scratch off my list.
Paul McCartney would be nice.
Buddy Guy...he was 3 hours away not too long ago but I couldn't make it
RHCP as well....though my interest in them has waned in recent years
So who are you waiting to see?

I gotta say it......the Stones. I always manage to miss them. I think in the coming years they should pull out their ol' rockin chair's and stools, return to their roots, and become an old blues act. They even mention this in the Shine a Light doc.
The White Stripes would've been nice.
Oh, and The Breeders!0 -

Definitely make sure you see McCartney before it's too late. It's expensive but well worth it.
Mine would have to be Dylan although he's not really the same anymore, Faith No More if they ever decide to do more shows, Pink Floyd if they ever stop bickering, and Portishead would be nice.
The rest are pretty much checked off the list.0 -
We've got Choctaw indian casinos just down the road from here and when the second casino failed they turned it into The Arena and they've been hosting plenty of good, big-name shows. There was an article in the newspaper about it Sunday and how they feel like there is no limit to who they can get to play there....top on the wishlist being Springsteen, McCartney and Elton.....I've seen Bruce but to think he and/or Paul might play 20 minutes from my house is kind of hard to imagine. Of course the acts currently lined up are mostly country but I'm glad to hear they are looking to draw better stuffNewch91 wrote:U2, Foo Fighters, Bruce Springsteen, and Paul McCartney are my main ones.

There are not too many left on my list. Hum would have to be my main one though. Also GNR, Butthole Surfers, Them Crooked Vultures, and David Gilmour. I got to see Waters do The Wall last year and seeing them separate is as close as I'm ever going to get to seeing Pink Floyd live.* Cincinnati, OH 8.20.2000 *
