10c scalper: Wants $600 for EV solo!!

I just responded to a craigslist ad for EV solo tix here in Boston. The dude responded that he 10c seats and I wouldnt be able to get them til he picks them up (obviously). Anyway he says he wants 600-700 for the pair. I feel I have 3 options: 1. Report him to 10c
2. post his email address on this borad so we can spam the shit out of it.
3. Accept his offer and just beat the shit out of him after I get the tix.

Please advise. In all serious, what does anyone think would be the mostt effective?

UPDATE: I emailed the 10c, letting them know what info I had and said if they want it I'll pass it on. I will post updates that may or may not arise.

    Edit: Also, maybe 10c could take those tickets from him and sell them to you instead for reporting him? I don't know, just a thought.

    a cross between 1 and 3, buy the tix take a picture of him and than report him.

    Well, I would first tell him to sell them for a reasonable price, take the ad down, or you're reporting him.

    I'd say just report him. Believe it or not, you don't have to take a Pearl Jam quiz before they give you a 10C membership, so a lot of non-fans just sign up to get cheaper/better tickets so they can re-sell them. I agree, it's BS, but the best thing you can do is just get him kicked out of the club.

    The problem with that, is he might take the ad down, but he'll find another way to do it, and he'll still have the ability to use his 10c membership in the future. I think BeerBaron's suggestion is the best, in getting enough info. from the guy so he can be identified.

    As of right now the craiglists ad has no price. But I have the email with him saying he wants 600-700, his email address (obviously) and his first name on the email signature. Is that enough? The email address alone should be, but im sure he isnt stupid and might have more than 1.

    Report him. The 10C can reissue his tix, maybe to you(?) and kick him out of the fan club. Certain things can be overlooked around these parts, but scalping your 10C tix is just not cool. I know several of us give ours away at shows... one of the best feelings on earth.

    As an aside.. Is there any chance the guy and his son from the Virginia Beach show that got a free upgrade from lawn to seats posts here? I'd like to know how you two enjoyed that show. Peace and Love.

    Email address may not be the one he uses for 10c....just a thought.
