    Because they said it would be in the "center" of the country? I'd love to have it happen at the Gorge, but its painfully inaccessible for most travelers unless they commit to renting a vehicle.

    it's a little less than 800 for me...i think i'm going to drive too...i'm due for a good road trip :)

    I definitely agree...i may be going solo to this thing...my friends & family enjoy pearl jam and have been to a concert here and there but convincing them to head to wisconsin may not be as easy..

    i have a little honda civic, so i could only squeeze in a few people with me + gear...
    so the "large and comfy" idea may work out better if we got a gang from the east coast together :D
