Wrong Discs shipped.no response from vendor.please help!

I ordered about 5 bootlegs including both MSG shows. The MSG II boot sent to me has discs 1 and 2 of DC. I have emailed the CD company twice and they have yet to respond. Any advice? thx

    I guess those guys at Kufula are serious stoners. So many people with wrong disks.

    I can just see the smoke billowing out of the bong, blank cd's all over the place in some guys basement.

    yes- they will take care of you. This was happening with the 3rd disc of Roo (not to me :) )

    It happened to me, I called the number on the invoice that came with the discs and the correct disc was at my house in 2 days.

    My order was minorly screwed up. They straighten things out eventually and I had good communication with them. Still don't have my MSG discs but not worried.
    Like a word misplaced...nothing said...what a waste

    Definitely just get ahold of them....they WILL get back to you....Although, how do you order ABOUT 5 disks? Is it 4, 6, 5? Hehe.

    It's been over a week since I got confirmations for both of my orders. Still waiting. Anyone else in this situation?

    I recieved my confirmation e-mails for my MSG 1&2 Boots a little over a week ago..still i have not recieved my cds..

    had absolutley NO problems getting my other boots..just these ones..am getting really worried that something has gone wrong? :(

    I hope they get here soon..am wanting them REALLY BAD!!

    From what I've seen on here, I think calling will get a much faster response than e-mail. Not sure why, but they seem to take care of phone calls.

    Yeah, I agree with others by saying you should call them instead of emailing them. I was missing a bootleg in my order, called them, and they immediately sent the bootleg. Was in my hands within two days. Hey who knows, maybe you ended up two free disc's from the DC show!

    I just got off the phone with them, I was missing D.C. disc 2, and they are shipping it out today. Very easy. 805-239-4201.

    Thanks for the number. Just talked to them. Apparently those with different billing and shipping addresses got their order(s) sent to the billing address. This is what happened to my boots.

    I emailed Brady directly after no response to my emails to the orders@kufala.com address. He said that address was broken and got my order of all the boots to me in New Zealand in fours days - I've always had great service from them with past orders.

    yeah I'm in the sameboat. received email saying they shipped should receive by middle of the week. last week. called last night and they said my order got shuffled to the bottom of the stack."said" I would move to the top for ship today.and since they are using USPS shipping doesn't make sense.Mailed would be more appropriate.bet their mailman hates them now.suggest you call them.I called the main office #.

    thats probably because they don't know it's a PJ fan on the phone.assuming most emails have PJ boots in subject line.greater chance to get blown off.

    My first order was okay. My second order (ordered 1 Bonnaroo, 2 DC) arrived with 1 Bonnaroo and 1 DC, even though the shipping invoice included in the mailer showed 3 sets and I was billed for 3 sets. A week plus and I still haven't heard a word back from Kufala.

    Damn!! I've been waiting a month in Canada for Bonaroo and so far nothing.
    Sent an e-mail over the weekend, nothing yet but still early.

    Maybe I'll try that phone number tomorrow....if you kiwi's are getting your stuff I'm even more convinced its not Canadian customs and I'd better get some answers from them.
