MHD Rocks!

It's new for Time Warner in KC. TW just added a bunch of new HD channels to their HD lineup. And MHD Rocks!!

They showed the VH1 Rocks show tonight and it was OUTSTANDING!

They showed The Who programs all day today, as well. And they are going to show the VH1 Rocks The Who again at 11:00 PM CDT!!

btw, when The Who came on to play Baba, just for the fuck of it, I quickly switched around between VH1 Classic, regular VH1 and MHD and the MHD broadcast was running about 1 song ahead of Vh1 Classic and about 2 songs ahead of VH1.

MHD is apparently an offshoot of MTV, VH1 and CMT. It has a unique schedule in that it does not simply show an HD version of VH1 or any of the other channels mentioned above.

    MHD is LA showed the concert at 6:00 p.m where VH1 showed it at 8:00 p.m. Not only was it in HD but aired 2 hours earlier..MHD is cool..

    Yeah they show fewer commercials so they go through things quicker.

    What I'm happy about but don't understand is why the MHD feed was full widescreen on my TV but the VH-1 HD channel had a border around it.

    It just sucks for those with HD but no MHD.

    yea the HD broadcast was pretty awesome... but TWC is a fucking monopoly and is EVIL!!! FUCK THOSE BASTARDS!!
