Sorry if this is a redundent thread, but I have seen conflicting posts on this board (and others)....Are small personal use cameras allowed on this tour or not or is it venue specific?? If venue specific, anybody have any clues about Columbia and Virginia Beach? Thanks all for any help.....

There is no reason to believe that any changes have been made to the recording policy of past tours. The chane for Ed's tour is what is making many of us wonder, but I think we are safe to assume that the recording policy will remain as it always has been for Pearl Jam shows.

    which is what? :)

Which is no professional equipment - cameras or recording devices.

But you are allowerd to bring personal cameras, including digital cameras, and you are allowed to record the show too as long as you don't have professional recording equipment.

sweet. was thinking about bringing my small handheld camcorder this time. never got any good video - and wasn't sure how weird the venue would be about it.

It's a proven fact that the use of a camera at a pearl jam show, will decrease your enjoyment of the show by 33.67%. Leave it at home, and feel the full force of PJ live!
