Ticket Question - EV in Montreal

So let me get this straight...10C tickets aside, is it not possible to buy tickets to Ed's show in Montreal at face value?!?! Are all non-10C tickets being "scalped?!?"

If so, that's absolutely insane!!

If not, does anyone have a link to the $75 tickets so I can nab a couple.
