    We as a community beat back Universal. I just got the refund email. Like said before, they wouldn't be quick to refund if it was actually sent. Ordered for $58 plus shipping from amazon.ca and just played it yesterday..It ROCKS!!!! I guess in the end 2 things...I will never order from Universal again..and I saved a little money when the refund actually goes through. It was funny that I got the same emails as everyone else. In the same order too. If you haven't got it yet, start with the fact you want a refund. They'll send you the 10-21 business email. Then the check your local sorting office email. Then a we got your request for refund email. Then finally a up to 30 day refund email.

    Yes they are liars. I think that when people started to threaten them with chargebacks they were caught in their lies. They wouldn't have to prove it got to you to win, buy would have to show the day it was sent, which they couldn't cause they never shipped them. Thus the quick response to refund.
