Hi Pearl Jam fans,
Just a quick note to those customers who purchased their Live On Ten Legs box set through Universal Music. All pre-ordered items were successfully shipped to your specified shipping address a couple of days before the release date of 17 January. UK customers who selected standard shipping can expect their item usually within about five working days, but occasionally it can take up to a maximum of 14 days to arrive. Likewise, international customers selecting standard shipping will usually receive their items within 14 working days, but it can occasionally take up to 21 days to receive your item. Any customer who has not received their item and is outside these shipping times should contact our customer service team who would be happy to help. pearl jam fans dont trust anymore this company with the worst service....
and there is no way to believe that they "successfully shipped"...the items...
this is one more company like UPS that did bad to 10c name...

Ive emailed their support now twice. NO REPLY. Mine was sent to me on Jan 11th, so 21 days are now up.0

Has anyone in the US received this? Mine was "shipped" on January 12th to New York, and it has yet to arrive.
Earlier today I emailed the post office to see if they knew what was up. I don't know if I should keep waiting or give up and request a refund.0 -
I know for a fact now that they have started issuing refunds, they offered another 10clubber here a refund after they advised of their new zealand postal address.
Tell me, why would anyone offer a refund if their product was in the post somewhere. Personally im not even convinced theyve shipped them at all. Im gonna call tonight and get a refund as they wont reply to any of my emails.

got my refund two days ago... they never shipped them, plain and simple. They wouldnt have refunded my money or anyone else's if they DID ship them... that would be thousands of dollars down the drain and bad business if they sent out the item and refunded everyone.
well regardless what they did... especially flatout lying to everyone about the status of their order was very bad business... ill never order anything from them ever againit's largely due to eddie that i liked to jump off of things as a child...0 -
it's all a load of shit. Thanks for following up Santos, but this was the rubbish that they cut and pasted to all of us. My things were sent just under a month ago and nothing. I am glad I got a refund.
