My Universal order shipped 1.12, and I still have not received it.

Has anyone received an order from Universal?

I emailed them asking for a refund, and I will go the Amazon.ca route.

Purchased on Sunday through TenClub arrived at in-laws in Portland, Or this morning. Thanks Ten Club. Great packaging and sounds amazing.

Mine arrived (in the UK) this morning. Lovely package - sturdy sleeve, good quality vinyl (is it 180g?) and a free PJ20 sticker too! Well worth the wait :thumbup:

I have been waiting for a month now and still have not received my deluxe version from Universal. They finally offered to give me a refund or to send another (they claim the first one was shipped and must be lost in the mail). I probably should have accepted the refund and bought it elsewhere, but I hesitantly requsted they ship me another. Let's hope Pearl Jam decides to not deal with them in the future.

fukn'ell that's a lot of packages they're admitting have probably got lost in the post now. Are they chasing up with their postal company or what?!!??! Jeeezuz. WTFever!!

I love how they acknowledge there is a problem without actually acknowledging it. like this is the kind of email they send about every order that goes out. Obviously a lot of us gave them a ton of shit so they felt like they had to make some kind of statement.
Still waiting for the refund to show up on my card.

I was so wrong for ever trying to judge a book by its cover even for a second - Arms Aloft... I'm an idiot - WOW great song choice for the opening track - I am on my 4th time through (over the past 5 weeks) on a Sunday morning spinning the vinyl - And World Wide Suicide being the second choice of the bands "mix tape" shows just how much they also enjoy the Avocado record...me too!!
