    I could understand if a few people posted that they didn't get their package...people face that fact every day with the post office....that's life. But when a 58 page posting is mostly people venting that they didn't receive something...it's a problem.

    I would bet that Universal has oversold and rather than show it back ordered on the site, they needed to wait to get another shipment. It's the only explanation as to why they are offering a refund or a 'reship' so quickly...and blindly. They KNOW you didn't receive your package.

    So now that I am not getting my box set from Universal and have to re buy it, is the box set worth the extra $$ or should I just order vinyl and cd separately? Thanks!

    Still waiting in Tennessee. I've emailed them asking for a tracking number and all I get nothing and get the "it must be lost in the post" line. I had something from China get here in less than a week, I may file a dispute w/ my CC company or do what I can to get a refund.

    It is pretty shocking Universal seem to be outright bullshitting now - telling scores of people their stuff must be 'lost in the post'. Sounds outrageous. Feel for you guys

    Got the deluxe version through today from amazon.co.uk...

    The vinyl is nothing short of perfect. It's a stunning little collection of memorabilia, but the vinyl is just... just... just... ah man, it's so goooood!

    Buzzin' for the Vs/Vitalogy ultra super duper delux with extra cheese to come out now :D
    Then it can sit along next to the Ten delux box, LOTL delux and original Exile on Main Street vinyl :D

    Done with the universal waiting..emailed them asking for refund..ordered from amazon.ca for $58 plus $18 for expediated shipping 1-3 days. If you want to wait 4-7 days its $11 to ship to US. $30 cheaper than what I paid to Universal. Now waiting on email and refund from Universal. May have to chargeback if they keep me hanging.

    this is very upsetting to all that ordered the super deluxe version through universal (myself included). I was told that the replacement order would not come with a tracking number. It would come as you ordered it originally. In order to get it with a tracking number, they said they had to refund my money, and I would have to re-order with the delivery service that has a tracking number (which costs more by the way). They would not pay for that, even though I STILL DON"T HAVE MY ORIGINAL ORDER!!! Nice customer service there! They can't even get my original order right the first time, what makes them think I am going to re-order through them and pay more money. I think they screwed over enough people over the world. Send replacements and overnight them to everyone! Not cool when people spend their hard-earned money in a very tough economy to get nothing in return.

    Ordered from Amazon.ca w/ expedited shipping for a grand total of $69 usd

    Saving $29+ and getting a tracking #

    Universal may try to screw those trying to return when it does come late.

    From the Retun policy page

    "We are happy to refund any unwanted items you have ordered, provided they are returned within 30 days of dispatch and are in mint condition, including unbroken (still sealed) cellophane wrapping where applicable. To return any unwanted items, please follow these instructions:

    Return the Product(s) to us immediately at: Customer Returns, Norbert Dentressangle Logistics UK, c/o Universal Music, Stafford Park 10, Telford TF3 3AB."

    30 days from dispatch is almost here as they mailed mine on Jan 13th. So if you continue to wait you may have no recourse for returns based on their policy. I suggest calling to cancel before the 30 days or tell them you are going to send it back. We know how shady they are.

    I asked for a tracking number and they never acknowledged that I had asked for a tracking number so they agreed to give me a refund b/c again, "it got lost in the post". Something is def weird here, I seriously doubt that it ever shipped.

    I said the same thing in a post a few days ago. I think they are quick to offer refunds because they know you didn't get it...because it never shipped. Has anyone received a refund...only to receive the package a few days later?

    Just to support Tim and what records further, the only reason he listed it was because a Universal guy rang him and told him this set was burn to order and he needed to put his order in that day. The guy gave him all the original info for the box. Tim is great, deposit for the LOXL was cool of him and I now have the carded promo cd to add to my set thanks to him :)

    The mailman rang my doorbell and I received my LOXL 2LP set from Ten Club. They shipped it Jan. 26. I want to thank the band and Ten Club for releasing this. The layout looked amazing as did the band photo. The poster-thing was also great as well as the design of the vinyl records. The only thing I missed was a booklet with more photos, but overall I'm pleased with it and waiting to comment on how it sounds after I've spun the black circles... edit: the vinyl sounds amazing!

    I decided to not order the Limited Edition Super Deluxe Box Set and instead save the money for the Vs./Vitalogy Super DeLuxe box.

    P.S. Thank you Ten Club for the cust. dec. that I've been hoping for (value: $ ;) USD )!!! I only wish the similar thing was possible with the Vs./Vitalogy Super DeLuxe box, and sell it internationally from Ten Club Goods store and sent with the normal post (ISAL global mail). This way it wouldn't be such a mess like it turned out to be with DHL and the Ten Super Deluxe box. And the written value would be: $50 USD for this new Vs.Vitalogy super deluxe. Please make it possible! You know that the fans would have more money to spend on pearl jam goodies if we wouldn't spend so much on taxes in our own countries...

    Still waiting here in Australia too, ordered via TenClub. Anyone in Australia got theirs yet? This sucks! It's been out for ages and I see it in record stores but don't have it. This better not happen with the next release... sucks! I hope TenClub are kicking the arse of whomever is responsible!
