    At the very least, they should be refunding people for shipping if there item is actually going to make it there. Shouldn't have to pay $20 to wait at least a month!

    I asked for a refund and got one the next morning when I woke up so they did it really fast. Here is what their email said:

    A refund of £62.99 will be credited to your credit/debit card. Your refund should be credited back in the next 10 days but please allow up to 30 working days for your refund to appear.

    So maybe it's still in transit but I got my money back. I agree - why would they be so quick to refund if they did ship it. Pathetic...

    I as well bought the box set. I haven't received it and asked for a refund and got it the next day. The little bit of insight i can offer is that i bought a print from an artist in Copenhagen and it took 50 days for it to get to me. It turns out that it had to be sent to the US via boat since they wouldn't fly it for security reasons, and it was in customs for 20 days. This could possibly be the problem but as others have stated it doesn't make sense why they would refund money if they are actually shipped. So here is a possible explanation. Either way they refunded quickly and everyone might just get an extra in the mail one day.

    Their approach smacks of deceit, because they are pretending to each individual that they must have an isolated postal problem, whereas it is obvious from this board that there is a mass problem that is nothing to do with individual postal delays. It is dishonest to write to individuals and make out that there must be something wrong with the post in their case. Dishonest.

    yup i just receive the "you must have postal problems" email. what a crock of shit. they are liars. They surely will only give refunds if they haven't sent the product, and theres no way this is all a coincidence. My friend also ordered the Cure Marble Vinyl and has had exactly the same problem. He after many emails, got refunded for that too. Im really annoyed at their attitude and all these generic emails.
