15 dollars is worth it for me.

I'd rather pay 15 bucks than wait in line for an hour to buy a poster, have to worry about taking it home on a train and having to carry it around all night after the show.

    But hey, that's just me.

Paying 15 bucks so that I can drink at a meetup before a show is worth it.

I am guessing because they will ship it in special poster tubes and hopefully priority mail or something...but $15 is still excessive.

tubes are not free 3-5 bucks, shipping went up, and I am guessing we are paying a little increase for server capacity since we crash the fuck out of it every new tour. They also have to pay someone to roll and mail them

not to mention the fact the posters arrive very very quickly.

I think its a little crazy considering the ames book is only 11.50 to ship in the U.S. so that heavy book is cheaper than the posters?

it has always been priority usps... who knows, maybe it is insured with sig confirmation?

i am not really bothered by it, like solat13 said it is still worth it, i was just surprised to see shipping double since the last poster sale 2 months ago?

i think $15 is ridiculous, and we are owed some sort of explanation - the last poster i purchased from 10c (5/20/08) shipping was $7.50...the sticker on the poster tube said postage was somewhere around $3 to $4.50...i think it's fair for a small handling charge, i.e., $3 to $4.50 ($7.50 S&H)...however, $15?!?!?!

Santos, please let us know if there was an error in the item listing, specifically the S&H charge...If there was not an error, please clarify why there was a sudden hike in S&H (100% increase!)

    thanks

believe me, i get it... just surprised it doubled?

they were getting beat on the $7.50 to certain zones when you factor in the price of tubes... and an increase is understandable... again, I just had to take a double take that it doubled...

I'd be glad to ship about 30-40 poster tubes back to 10club for $1.50 each.. I get rid of the clutter and they get cheap poster tubes and could pass the savings on to other 10clubbers.. Sounds like a win-win to me

who fucking cares on the price of shipping? its a quarter of the beay resale price for the actual print, which is a real bonus....

try being in the uk and having to shell out 22 bucks for shipping, even so - its worth it to get it minty fresh to the front door.....

Shipping has NOT gone up... USPS rates (and they use USPS) are the same.

worth it? yes. kind of ridiculous? yes.
i'm not complaining because no one is forcing me to buy it...and i'm glad i have one and all that...but the $15 shipping was a bit of a shocker.

i completely understand, and agree... and the tubes and paper and rolling/packing sure isnt free... i guess i am just a little thrown off by the price double in such a short time

eBay is far far worse. It sucks and my rear hurts too but take a look at some of the shit on eBay.

it probably has something to do with their shipping scale, like once the $30 barrier is crossed everything in that range is 15
'06- Irving Plaza (What a way to see my first PJ concert), Albany, Hartford, Camden I & II, East Rutherford I & II, Pittsburgh

    '07- THE VIC!!!, Lollapalooza (Chicago)

    '08- Virginia Beach, Camden I & II, Washington D.C., MSG I & II, Hartford, Mansfield I & II,
EV NY I & II, Newark, DC I & II

And thats why they moved the reaper shirt to $29.99 to help customers with it...

Why they are not doing that now... weird.

Yeah, shipping's gone up... I trade posters frequently on EB. I shipped 3 posters last week and the average cost was about $12 and I was recycling tubes and packing materials..

of course that included delivery confirmation and insurance.....
