And the 6 bonus tracks are only available if you pre-order the super deluxe, right? The shipping to NZ is so expensive, and there's not much benefit pre-ordering so I might just try and pick it up at a store here.

If you are thinking of me, I got the news about the collectorsbox from Sony music Sweden, with is the same company as 10C want us to buy it from, so no other stores in sweden right now.

the super deluxe wasn't sold in the 10c. it took to you to universal uk website. it was for international people only but some ppl ordered it in n.a and paid in euros or pounds.

well I haven't preorder this one yet but I think they should ask for payment details now, they can charge your account later but you usually giving them payment details when you're ordering, but I may be wrong...

I sent a message to sonymusicdigital and asked if it will be shipped from Europe? What would otherwise be the point in directing the US and Canadian customers to the Ten Club Store and the international customers to the sonymusicdigital online store If not to do it correctly regarding taxes and customs and so all the international fans will save the money and hassle?

Ten Club should really have learnt something from f'ck-up with the Ten - Super Deluxe box set charges. Everyone should know that there will be taxes and possibly custom fees when a person who live in a EU-country order something from the US (or any other non-EU country), but when we got all these courier handling charges that we had not signed for, that was just ridiculous. We bought the Ten box for a given price but we did NOT agree to pay for any DHL courier handling charges! If you pay for shipping then you should get it shipped home to you or if it's too big for the mailman to carry then he will leave a note that says "you have a large packet at the post office" or something like that.

I haven't read all the posts, yet but we need an answer from Santos or someone else from the Ten Club to these question:

1) will there be any additional courier handling charge?

2) Will the PEARL JAM 1993-1995: VS./VITALOGY COLLECTOR’S EDITION BOX SET be available in record stores in the US and Internationally? (If I remember correctly Ten Club stated that the Ten Box was exclusive to the Ten Club and that it was limited edition but it's still for sale all over the world).

It's been proved of late, these pre orders which I usually dive on out of pure excitement offer no benefit and quite often come at a cost..... The ten box was a lesson well learned

I completely agree with everything you wrote and I will do the same. The only thing we might miss if we order from amazon.co.uk or some other place that turns out to be cheaper is probably those 6 bonus tracks. Or maybe also amazon.co.uk will include them for the ones that pre-order from them. Or was this (the 6 bonus tracks) the only thing that was exclusive to the pearljam.com pre-order?
