That's a bit of an untruth. Camden was selling beers in the usual $6-8 range and also sold these giant (24-28oz?) drafts for $12.

Last night in DC, you could get a draft for $6/8, which is what I'd expect at MSG.

I'm sure the beer will be quite pricey, remember MSG has a lot of money that it owes to people...

I would suggest bringing spare body parts as it will probably cost an arm + leg. :)

Do they still serve champagne there? That was the funniest thing I saw in 2003 was waitresses selling glasses of champagne.

Forget beers! Go to the second level where the bar is. They make a pretty strong drink for $8!

All I know is this MSG sounds like bad news:

    1. msg 16 up, 15 down

Monosodium Glutamate, the brainchild of a top-secret Oriental-sponsored military project to render white people bald, fat, and impotent for the impending yellow invasion commencing in the 22nd Century.

Funny, I had to buy one for myself and toast the crowd just because it was such a special night.
It came with a strawberry floating on the bottom too!!!

I love beer as much as the next guy but i wouldn't pay 12 bucks for a beer........besides, i love pearl jam and im there for the music......the only times i would need to wash away the music with alcohol would be at a good charlotte concert or some other abomination.

EV shows in LA had $12 beers, too. I remember thinking, "Wow! 50 bucks for a couple of beers for me and my wife." Even at the preparty, they were $7! Oh well, it's all good and there will still be those who drink like there's no tomorrow. :D
