Bonnaroo Contact info HELP!!!!!

I GOT MY VIP TICKET CONFIRMATION A FEW MONTHS AGO BUT MY LOGIN WONT WORK TO CONFIRM MY TICKETS AND THERES NO PHONE NUMBER TO REACH THEM!!!!!

Does anyone know a telephone number to speak with an actual person??

Did anyone have their credit card charged today for their 2nd payment? Mine wasn't yet and it concerns me.

You would think spending $1200 on tickets would come with some sort of customer service!???!

Anyway- Any help would be appreciated- Carl

    It hasn't shown up on mine either, but if they charge it today it will probably not hit till midnight tonight.

    There is a contact us on the Bonnaroo web site,try that.I had my cedit card charged a while ago for the full amount
