the pearl jam has made me poor thread

Bonnaroo plus airfare, and two shows at 74 a pop + low pay + student loans = poor!! :)

    haha, must agree.

    Getting married this summer and our absolute dream honeymoon is already planned.

    Meanwhile, we also planned a weekend getaway for Memorial Day.

    So, I'd pretty much decided I wasn't going to get to a show, but impulsive me changed my mind and we're headed to Washington for one show, then driving back to Indiana.... oh well, it's only money.

    Countless shows....airfare...hotels...rental cars....bootleg series...dvds....dropping 81 posters off to the framer= PO....I am so poor, I cant even afford the OR!! ;)

    I feel ya, I am also joining the institution this summer and closing on a house in a couple of weeks... I'm pretty much at the bottom of the well, but not so much that I can't make it to D.C. and Mansfield. Good luck w/ all the wedding planning....

    7 shows + return airfares from australia + travel costs + accomodation costs = a little bit poor but very excited!

    I'm not sure about poor , but definitely poorer monetarily.

    HOWEVER, equally as important to me are the experiences , travels, and especially great friends and acquaintances ( 10Cers and others) I've met. In this sense, I'm a millionaire for sure.

    why the hell do you think i am coming all the way from Australia!!
    our international touring army is back for an all out assault on the east coast!
    i am heading over first and foremost to see my friends again, and make some more, then to travel, and experience and all that, then to see Pearl jam 7 times!
