How limited will LO10L boxed set be?

I'm seeing some of the numbers on the boxes are in like the 8000's.

So my questions.. do we know how limited this set is?

Does it really matter? - Basically... will they actually sell out of these things? I mean I'm sure they will EVENTUALLY.. but when?

With only a 5 digit number limit on the back, there can only be a max number of 99999 box set's available. There won't be 100000 available. Sorry! :P
